Dubsado CRM Setup & Client Onboarding Automation for The Assist Edit

The Assist Edit is a business support company providing marketing, administrative, and operational assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs. The goal of this project was to create a seamless client onboarding experience while reducing manual administrative work.

I built a customized Dubsado system that automated the client journey from initial inquiry through onboarding. The setup included lead capture automation, scheduling integration, proposal delivery, contract management, invoicing, payment confirmation, and automated email communications at every stage of the process.

The result was a professional, organized workflow that improved efficiency, enhanced the client experience, and allowed the business owner to focus on serving clients rather than managing administrative tasks.
