REFUND POLICY

At Automatewurld, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our digital services and automation solutions, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Service-Based Refunds: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. However, if a project is canceled before substantial work has begun, a partial refund may be considered.

  • Subscription & Retainer Fees: Monthly retainers or ongoing service plans are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

  • Custom Solutions & Software Integrations: Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds will not be issued once implementation has started.

  • Dissatisfaction & Revisions: If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer revisions to ensure quality and meet expectations.
