Designed and implemented a fully customized HoneyBook CRM system for a luxury interior design studio, creating a seamless and elevated client journey from inquiry to booking and onboarding.
The build included branded lead forms, consultation schedulers (complimentary and paid), structured service packages, a complete Smart File proposal with integrated contract and invoice, automated email workflows, and a detailed onboarding welcome packet.
The result was a streamlined, client-centered system that reduced administrative workload, increased booking clarity, and aligned the backend experience with the studio’s refined brand positioning.
