I created customized intake forms and workflows for each service type (Volunteer, Sponsorship, Vendor, and Talent), along with automated welcome emails triggered upon form submission.

Additionally, I organized lists, folders, and automations, built out a functional dashboard, and assisted with importing leads—fully optimizing the system using ClickUp.
